Jeffrey Lien to manage the reservation for the Nashville Jazz Workshop


An experienced music director joins the workshop

NASHVILLE, TN, USA, September 29, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Nashville drummer, writer, educator, and music industry leader Jeffrey Lien has been appointed Director of Reservations for the Nashville Jazz Workshop (NJW). In this role, Jeff will be responsible for the selection and engagement of bands and artists to perform at the NJW’s Buchanan Street facilities and venues around Middle Tennessee.

Lien brings over 25 years of musical experience as a drummer and instructor. A graduate with honors from Berklee College of Music, Jeff has performed in the United States and abroad. He helped plan and open Rudy’s Jazz Room in Nashville and maintains the Jazz Nashville Facebook group. He is also responsible for the Jazz category for the Nashville Music Industry Awards As a Business Analyst, Jeffrey works at Naxos of America, a global leader in classical, jazz and world music and co-hosts a podcast with Tom Evered, former General Manager of Blue Note, interviewing leaders in the jazz industry.
