Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or software systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entry.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure records are properly stored.
  • Update and maintain filing systems as necessary.
  • Assist with generating reports based on data collected.
  • Perform regular data backups to secure information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
