Dinosaurs arrive at the Ford Idaho Center on May 14
More than 70 photorealistic dinosaurs are on display in what is described as the nation’s largest traveling dinosaur exhibit to be held at the Ford Idaho Center from May 14-23. The Jurassic Quest Drive Thru will turn the outdoor parking lot into an interactive driving experience, event planners said in a recent press release, and Jurassic Quest is working with leading paleontologists to make sure every dinosaur is reproduced in great detail. Tickets cost $ 49 per vehicle of eight people or less and are available now at jurassicquest.com.
BSU hosts the Gene Harris Jazz Festival
Boise State University virtually hosts the 2021 Gene Harris Jazz Festival, with non-stop performances by world-class jazz musicians every Friday in April. Performances “fall” at midnight on the day of, are free to the public, and are available through YouTube until the end of the month.
