As these cricketers relax, they are even active on social media. Pant also shared photos on his social media accounts. So when he shared a photo of himself wearing a sweatshirt with the cartoon character Tom of ‘Tom and Jerryabove, the witty internet man Yuzvendra Chahal couldn’t keep his cool.
Pant captioned the photo, saying, “How many of you have watched this cartoon on my t-shirt”
As soon as the photo was uploaded, Chahal took the opportunity to make sure to respond to the wicket keeper by saying, “You or Tom bro?” The response surely made all fans laugh, gaining a lot of comments and likes.
Team India’s next challenge:
The Indian cricket team returned home after breaking through Gabba Fortress and winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Now they will face England in their own backyard, with the first test of the four-game series starting on February 5 in Chennai.
The last two test matches will be played at the Motera stadium in Ahemadabad, followed by the T20I series which will be played at the same venue. The tour will end after the series of 3 ODI matches in Pune.
