HR Coordinator

Tadasei Consults is a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions. We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of HR functions.


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and manage HR events and meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
