Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven ability to source, interview, and hire high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
